  • Profile information you voluntarily provide (vendor profile, organizer details)
  • Event interactions (RSVPs, saved events, applications, reviews)
  • Location — only if you grant permission, used to show events near you
  • Device and usage data for app performance and analytics

2. How we use your data

  • To operate your account and provide the service
  • To send transactional emails (confirmation, RSVP, application updates)
  • To notify you when vendors you follow announce new events
  • To improve the app based on usage patterns

3. What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • We do not send marketing emails without your consent
  • We do not share your personal information with event organizers beyond what is necessary for your RSVP or ticket purchase

4. Third party services

Sundaylist uses the following third party services:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Xendit — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email

Each has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing hello@sundaylist.app.

6. Security

We use industry standard security practices including encrypted connections and secure authentication. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong password.
