Terms of Service

1. What Sundaylist is

Sundaylist is an online platform that connects consumers with popup markets and local events, and helps vendors and organizers manage their presence and participation. We are a discovery and management platform — we do not organize or host events ourselves.

2. Who can use Sundaylist

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. User responsibilities

  • Do not post fake, misleading, or duplicate events
  • Do not use the platform to spam or harass other users
  • Do not impersonate another person, vendor, or organization
  • Keep your login credentials secure

4. Organizers

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your event listing
  • Sundaylist takes an 8% platform fee on all ticket sales, deducted from your payout
  • Vendor booth fees are held in escrow and disbursed after the event date plus one day
  • Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are subject to the cancellation policy
  • Sundaylist reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms

5. Vendors

  • Listing your vendor profile is free
  • A small platform fee applies when you are accepted to a ticketed event
  • Sundaylist is not responsible for disputes between vendors and organizers

6. Reviews

Reviews are permanent and unfiltered. Sundaylist does not edit or remove reviews except in cases of clear harassment or spam.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Xendit. Sundaylist does not store your payment credentials. All card transactions are one-time payments in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Event tickets: Ticket purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed, unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer. If an event is cancelled, Sundaylist will coordinate with the organizer to issue a refund within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Vendor booth fees: Booth fee payments are non-refundable once the vendor application has been approved and payment confirmed. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, booth fees will be refunded within 7–14 business days.
  • Organizer-initiated cancellations: Organizers who cancel an event within 10 days of the event date are responsible for notifying all ticket buyers and vendors. Sundaylist will facilitate refunds where technically possible.
  • How to request a refund: Email hello@sundaylist.app with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.
  • Sundaylist does not offer refunds for change of mind, no-shows, or circumstances outside our control (weather, venue issues, etc.).

9. Account suspension

Sundaylist reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

10. Limitation of liability

Sundaylist is a platform, not an event organizer. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from events listed on the platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
